      - As a well-known brand, Redtape offers a sense of security. - The corporate structure provides clear paths for promotion and development. - You'll work in a professional environment with experienced colleagues. - It's an excellent place to build a professional network.

      Cons

      - Decision-making can be slow and rigid due to corporate hierarchy. - ​Low Salary: As is common in some large companies, the compensation might not be as high as in smaller, more specialized firms. ​- Stifling Environment: The culture may be less flexible and creative compared to smaller companies.
