      Pros

      Having worked at Redwood Collections for almost 10 years, I cannot really fault the company and its work ethic. It is a really great place to work and I enjoy the day to day buzz with my colleagues. A really great bunch of people who you can quite simply bounce off. More importantly, the ladder of progression if you work to your potential is bar none. You can quite clearly see that from the amount of people who have been here for 5 years +

      Cons

      I wouldn't necessarily state that this is a con but Redwood Collections is a very fast paced company. If you are looking for a relaxing 9 -5 job then this probably isn't the place for you.

      Not many unfortunately. Some of the people are great to be around

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Very low pay. Management terrible run and will always look for a reason to remove any bonus you get. Two faced people. Was made to work late weekdays and you have to work weekends doing absolutely nothing. You get pizza if you give up your lunch!

      I worked at redwood for the best part of 2 years and had a fantastic experience overall, they give you everything you need in terms of training and support to succeed and the staff and environment is energetic. Working in the sales department there are many incentives and the mood of the sales floor is upbeat as is the rest of the office. You get what you put in and therefore I couldn't recommend it enough if you are looking to break into sales or credit management or even if you are a seasoned professional. The majority of staff have been there many years which is testament to the positive work culture, you will not be disappointed with a move to Redwood Collections.

      None! I left the company in pursuit of fresh challenges.
