The work is great. There is a lot of opportunity to progress with the difficulty of projects that are assigned to you. If you do well you will be given more difficult projects which promotes quick learning. There is a little bit of flexibility with your schedule which is nice. It is a fun working environment with great people.
Cons
There is little office space, nobody besides the principal engineers have their own offices and everyone else is in the same open space. Employees there are very friendly but it can get very noisy at times which is distracting. Sometimes it feels like management doesn't have their employees best interests in mind, although this doesn't happen very often.
