Pros

Good exposure to newer cloud technologies as RTG primarily caters to private grammar schools that go for proven latest technologies.

Cons

Many, they just want to fill a position if someone resigns, without validating the person's capability so that they don't lose billing. They have come up with system where they say that you are being paid more than the minimum wage as per fair works commissions (referring some report) and then give you a calculation that based on your salary, you are required to work 7 or 10 hours overtime per week without asking for overtime pay. Even if you work more than those prescribed hours, they will force to take time off the next day instead of allowing you to get paid. Basically forcing their way and squeeze every cent of you. Many loyal and technical staff have left this company due to their frugal approach to their employee. The company is run by the CEO and his wife (who happens to be next to CEO). Only join if you want to learn something new and move to better organisations who respect their employees and have good employee centric practices when it comes to Managed Service Providers.

- Does not provide exposure to real enterprise technology, all entry level - No respect for employees - No respect for clients - Staff under qualified - No bonuses or incentives - Technical staff severely underpaid - Sole driver money - Top down approach - No framework for education or salary reviews - No support for employees in tough times, this includes internal workplace bullying - Values do not reflect real world practice - No vision, money today worry about tomorrow - Lacks big picture for clients
