The downside is the personality equipment of the potential candidate. From my own experience I see that the older and more experienced ones are paradoxically more flexible, adaptable, loyal and more respectful of the so-called staff culture. They just do what is expected of them in the way that management expects. By contrast, the younger ones are spoiled, so to speak. They want to determine for themselves what and how. They want more than is realistic and, more importantly, they want it the way they determine it. They do not like to conform to the demands of management, e.g. in terms of attendance or the like. Such people can then sniffle and can complain that it is this way or that way. I say it is incomparably better here compared to other corporations. And I've tried a number of corporations.
