Pros
A good place to learn knowledge and gain working experience. The company used several framework in software development, this provide a good opportunity to learn something new and gain experience in some big event.
Cons
As stated in headline, management in this company is chaos and this affect the morale and performance of employees, but the boss choose to ignore this situation and somehow hire someone who are hard to communicate and even cannot complete a single project as a leader. Finally until May 2019, all programmer and systems engineer are successfully resigned and the company had to hire another batch of new guys to handle all the existing project.
