Tons of learning with varied scope of work. The people are nice, and no office politics exist. Great stepping stone in your career path.
Cons
Tons and tons of micromanagement. Employer-centric policies. Lack of structure and changing policies with zero communication makes working here difficult. Extremely high turnover.
