      Pros

      Great company culture, I get to work with a fantastic group of people. There is also a lot of room for growth and they (generally) do a good job of moving people up as they develop new skills.

      Long hours and as the company works in litigation the work can be fairly stressful

      Pros

      -Good pay for 4-5 hours of work per day depending on your manager, if you're a recent college grad -Free lunch on Fridays -Convenient office location -Some good people

      Cons

      -Weak internal controls and poor staffing decisions lead to errors in work product (bad in this industry) -Rogue manager will severely limit growth opportunities, harsh retaliation for networking to build different relationships -Delicate reporting hierarchy and simplistic work creates risk when managers make material mistakes or fall behind on tech proficiency (Recent college grads should keep in mind that SAS is a dying tool and data science techniques aren't used here, which limits transferrable skills)
