      The company is filled with so many nice and helpful people. The actual work requires a lot of grit which can be mentally tasking. I believe the base pay should be increased for the amount of work that us expected from Analysts. Great flexible schedule options

      abusive and unhealthy environment

      pay is the only thing positive

      I wish I read reviews prior. I agree with the toxic culture and setting you up to fail. They do not care about employees or their mental health. They verbally and mentally abuse you. They report you to HR for things they never trained you or told you (example, you cannot check email if you're on lunch apparently!)
