Pay is not competitive and goals go higher. And higher to the point you can make your goals
Pros
You’ll have employment 🤷♀️ at their discretion, of course.
Cons
They have non skilled people teaching and training specific claims classes that they are not well versed in. This crap was total chaos! 4 days out of training they tell a non-WC-new hire class, that we have to work WC claims because they are backed up. lol How!? 😂😂😂 A few months down the line we get backed up and instead of enlisting help they “ strategically “ split all the work for the entire department and add mandatory overtime. This department is so poorly run. I don’t know who’s dropping the ball and not seeing this but whatever project manager or Vendor manager that is allowing this circus to continue unchecked, needs to lose their job. Never have I ever ! Never again 🏃♀️
Pros
flexible schedule (if your manager allows), work from home
Cons
Administration drowning in nepotism. No integrity. All attention given to investors and their HFMA friends. Low pay (compared with industry/experience) with a noncompete. Senior management will never know your name or even bother to talk to you. Absolutely zero recognition, even when crushing goals that they keep raising to insane levels, to avoid paying bonuses. Passed by for promotions, by others who are related to the CPO or favorites of upper management. Absolutely abysmal company-wide communication. Many people have left this year, after communicating these issues for months, and getting no action, and I'm not far behind them.
Pros
Benefits- insurance is pretty good
Cons
A toxic environment created by managers and supervisors. Management style is intimidation. They don’t want you to have an opinion or talk.
Pros
- Flexible schedule - Work from home - Nice quarterly bonuses - Managers and supervisors are really nice and actually helpful. - The business is growing so there doesn’t seem to be a high risk of job cuts.
Cons
- Going from temp to full time employee you take a $1/hr pay cut. Not a huge thing but it makes a difference. - Wish the pay was a little more but there’s also a lot of room to move up as well
Pros
Its remote. Very flexible and understanding with your schedule and appointments. Offer activities remote to become more of a team and to know your co workers. Great managers.
Cons
It is hard to get a bonus and a raise. There is a lot of expectations in your work list for low pay.
