There is a lot of office politics that happen day to day. Night Shifts are only given to guys People don't work here for more than 6 months The salary over here is given very less. Your work is not appreciated here and new ideas are not entertained.

This is my first review ever and I couldn't stop myself from writing this 1. Its 'OFFICE POLITICS' or nothing. 2. No ethics, no respect 3.CEO - worst thing that can ever happen to you 4. Flexibility is 0. If you are 1min late in logging in..you'll have to wait 1min extra before logging out. If you are 15min late..you won't be paid for that day. Might as well take the day off! 5. Only people who can survive would be the one's with no self-respect 6. 13people came and went in a span of 2months 7.Only if Glassdoor would give an option to rate a company in negative WORST THING THAT CAN EVER HAPPEN TO YOU. I have previously worked in organizations and am working right now, I have never seen anything like this before. You are not respected for the work you do, employees are treated as slaves in the name of 'I am paying them'. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this company especially freshers. This company hires mostly freshers at minimal salaries. Absolutely toxic work environment.
