Pros
Great environment to learn a lot and be challenged. Lovely people. Very experienced and ambitious leadership team. Seemed to have smoothed out a bit of their company vision and strategy to execute recently. Well funded. Leadership team well connected.
Cons
Difficult to know how/what to prioritise. High workloads, juggling multiple things at once. Alignment on the roadmap for all the GTM functions was needed. Hard to feel effective in my role, pushed/pulled in many directions on a daily basis. Small company with around ~40-50 people, meaning less of the network building you get in larger companies. Unsure whether their international growth ambitions distracts them from their local opportunities to do well in this market.
