Cons
Not really a con but - You have to know how to work autonomously and be able to stay organized and manage your time & projects efficiently. Usually you're just given a project brief and expected to figure it out and complete it on your own. But of course your team is always there to help answer your questions & provide guidance too, if needed. Note: you'll be trained during your first couple of months on how to complete the different types of projects, so it's not as daunting as it sounds!
