The Company has no values or vision and culture is pathetic.
Pros
The pay is good for freshers. that is the only good thing in this company, but benefits are poor. Provide lunch. If you are a referred by an employee you will get through easily and if you are MD's reference then you have job for sure regardless of you are qualified or not :) (by hook or crook).
Cons
There is a long list which I cannot put it over here but, I will mention the high lights. The Company has no values or vision and culture is pathetic. MD of Noida office - He is very talented in getting his relatives into top positions in RMS (Who are not even worth hiring for a manager level) and also tries to get his known people from one of his previous employer. One person who does not know what is ethics, values, professionalism. (I would like to call him a p**sy) Finance head - Poppet in the hands of the MD HR team (AM/Managers) - Hopeless people who will do anything to grow in the organisation and never have the courtesy to help any employee, until they know you very well or you are close to them. Creates instant policy/process as per their convenience. They change stuff as per MD convenience and you what i mean.. perfect bunch of lickers who will do anything to impress the top management. Location of the company is in the middle of nowhere. Only building in the entire street and there is not enough space for parking. Overall - Worst company to ever work for and it is better of be unemployed than to work in such an environment.
