Not much left to say when thinking in the macro.
Cons
They are tightening up to increase worth or appearance of portfolio to sell; hired an MD to do this. Work life balance was selling point for lower salaries has gone out the window, with too much asked of my superior (excellent person, highly efficacious) who left under demands from MD; head of events also left; revoked remote workers then readvertised for on-site; editor-in-chief was fired/resigned.
