Pros
Pays on time and have a good tracking system to add your work done.
Cons
They don't have good communication between them, or the person in charge of give you information about something, directly forget, so, there's no importance to the employee. You could be waiting a few days to get assigned to a client, until you realise that they won't call you. When your time it's off with them, they cut you all the access, even if you have something to get paid, you have to keep direct contact (email, whatsapp) from someone that could help. I think will not be always to everyone, but that was my experience.

Pros
Working remotely and good online team cooperation. Great place to work. They offer competitive salary and are very communicative about job details and all other internal and external issues. They are also always determined to help you whenever you are in doubt or need more detail about a job or any company rule.
Cons
Not a single one by now.
