Toxic, bully culture from a certain Store Manager and upper Management. My manager at the time was a narcissistic control freak who bullied another staff member out of her job, at another location. Many staff were in tears, off work for stress-related issues. Nothing was ever done about this awful manager in question. Pay was terrible and barely minimum wage. Do not work here if you value your sanity, worth and pride. I wish I never did.

Totally mismanaged and it is having a massive impact on sales and reputation. You will experience gaslighting, a highly toxic environment that will be detrimental to your well being, open bullying or narcissistic behaviour towards you. If you have no morals whatsoever, this is the right place for you. You will prosper not for your hard work and loyalty, but for your toxicity and brown nosing certain management bullies. You will be micromanaged and your advice or input ignored because one person thinks she knows all. She also doesn't like to admit fault and put blame on others for her mistakes (but will do this behind your back, never to your face). There is a lot of nasty backstabbing and personal information does not stay quiet despite it supposedly being confidential. Many rumours are spread like wildfire including malicious lies. Too much gossip from certain management who just cannot keep confidential information to themselves. Severe lack of professionalism. Don't bother raising complaints, as nothing gets done about them. The company didn't even have a proper HR who knew what they were actually doing and who wouldn't jump on the aggressor's bandwagon as that seems to be the way to the top.
