      Some of the employees are talented and work really hard to achieve something

      Cons

      No real production management, lack of software and hardware, no clear hierarchy, identity politics, office politics, unpaid crunch time, unpaid work on side projects.

      Fantastic team. Really friendly and welcoming. I feel really cared for at this company, something you hear horror stories at other studios.

      Working remotely makes it hard to collab on day to day work.

      Pros

      - Supervisors value my opinions - high pressure but high efficient management - Great colleagues. I learn a lot from them. - Everyone have their chance to shine. The best part is need to worry making error. At least I made tones of error. Just find the solution and fix the problem and learn the lesson.

      Cons

      - you have to be fast. - sometime the comments are not that clear. - it is a high pressure company.
