Pros

Good opportunity if you dont have any other offer in hand, you can join this company for some time to get some experience and salary.

Cons

You will see lots of good online reviews about this company but if you will notice it is by people who are already working . Most of the time they are asked to write such reviews. But reality is : - Poor Management , Poor Culture Lots of people join in management team but they all leave due to family run onwership of business. Many people have left this company in last 2 years including some founding members Current Management has no work ethics. They only care about making money without caring about employee growth and employee well being. Would never recommend this company to anyone to join.

Pros

Good for people just coming out of college to get an entry to SAP SF, learning will be good to start with a two year bond, you will be overburdened with work even on weekends. You just can not complain about it & will have to work.

Cons

Review is based on the actual scenario & approach of the management towards employees. Not suitable for experienced resources who have come from the IT industry It’s a family run business Bond of one year for laterals & two years for freshers is an outdated practice If you have cleared one / two written test & three rounds of technical interview then whether you are a good resource or an average candidate better decide yourself. Your experience does not matter as at the end of the day you will be put as a solution architect or a subject matter expert as they do not have highly experienced resources from the industry. Be prepared to take the blame if some mismatch happens but for all good work all the credit goes to the manager. Be prepared to work in odd hours in the name of high productivity which may demand you to work more than 13/14 hours even late nights on a regular basis. Work is never ending as there is a huge recourse crunch & they do not hire experienced resources after attrition. Attrition is very very high in terms of experienced resources. Poor product knowledge as SF itself is evolving & none of them have any idea about how system behaves when a certain change happens. Internal training concept is almost zero & you have to explore by yourself by managing your time after erratic working hours. You have to be hundred percent perfect at your first attempt else you will be shown as a poor performer. If you fall sick due to some reason & have taken couple of days leave, you may be put into Performance Improvement Plan without notice & may be asked to leave your job as you may have taken leaves. Middle management keeps top management in dark about resources, work pressure & project detailing. Middle management has taken top management for a ride by compromising on SAP best practices across modules with big words no work knowledge. Middle management people expect a consultant to work in different modules when they feel there is a need with 100 % accuracy in first go. Consultants having only few years of experience are driving projects with resources who have few years of industry experience, acting as solution architects Consultants are replaceable any time that’s the attitude of the management. High attrition of experienced resources & no back filling. Zero work life balance as they do not care about you or your family’s wellbeing. Expect unruly behavior from the managers & most of them are like that. They do not care about resources as hire & fire is what they believe. Erratic Working Hours No HR Policies, at times HR is just helpless Project managers have little subject knowledge & as they work almost double the working hours they would expect you also to work like them. No Appreciation of work. Misguiding the clients on subject
