      I think the organisation does an amazing job.It also allows you to maintain work life balance and provides limitless opportunities to learn and perform.

      Cons

      Fitting among a highly skilled team is challenging and It takes a while to build a reputation for oneself .However, consistent good performance along with new ideas are always appreciated but no scope for making mistakes.
