      No side benefit, intense work environment, no institutionalism, no work-life balance, high and continuous expectation but no appreciation, rude boss

      There was no good reason.

      Cons

      -managers who have no understanding of people management -too many working hours (08:00 am-18:00 pm + you can be called or texted in the middle of the night or weekend) -being threatened by the manager with a complaint to the vice ceo and a lot of mobbing -you can be called or asked for work even when you are at home because of the Covid-19. -the food is very poor quality and fatty, yet it is forbidden to bring your own food from home :D:D ( I am serious)
