Pros
None could be said as I had an untrained Area Manager. Pros mostly depends on the Area Managers. There are some excellent Area Managers in SBI Life and some Incompetent/untrained/unethical Area Managers.
Cons
Incompetent and untrained lower level Managers, non existing HR and HR policies, less security for women and less Diversity and Inclusion. Entry or Lower level Area Manager provides no respect for women employees. Zero to none Business ethics followed by lower level manager, and the complaints by Customers regarding unethical and unprofessional behavior of Managers go unnoticed by Upper Management and Leadership .
