Company provides excellent benefits and competitive salaries for the industry. They work with employees to advance their careers and in my opinion treat their employees very well. The culture is very nice and one works with very smart people. I am not sure where some of the negative reviews are coming from because having worked here for more than one decade I know for a fact that some of what is claimed within those negative reviews could not have happened here / been known by a non-board member. Another clear sign that this is a great company to work for is the number of long-time employees.
Cons
It is the nature of the business that there will be times when all hands have to be on deck full bore. But that level of effort is appreciated and in my experience management is quick to thank those employees. There are not a lot of layers of advancement if your goal is corporate management.
