Thank you for providing your feedback. It is unfortunate to hear about your experience and are a bit surprised to hear that you were not aware of all the training opportunities we provide for new and existing employees. In 2020, we initiated a Training workstream to enhance our existing programs. We recently revamped our Consulting 101 program as well as created Community of Practices for Business Analysis, Project Management, QA/Application Development, and Agile. We also continue to provide LinkedIn Learning, offering a range of virtual trainings. Recently, we joined the CitiusTech training platform which provides access to weekly trainings and certificate programs. We are very excited by the growth of our training program and will be sure to effectively communicate the opportunities with employees so they understand what is available to them.
