Pros
Job was ok, co-workers were great. Lower managers were ok some better than others. Safe place to work, which was nice. Bonus checks were ok, not great. Upper managers were horrible did not listen to anything you had to say, or ideas. Benefits were good no complaints there, also HR was good.
Cons
Favertism in production workers was crap. It was bull that an employee who has been there 5 years made less than one that was there only two. Very hot in the summer. I would not recommend this job to anyone. Chris Brown is a unqualified joke.
