Global Exposure: You work with teams across multiple geographies. It’s a great place to understand global banking data and compliance standards. Work-Life Balance: Compared to some fintechs, the work-life balance is decent. Most teams follow agile but don’t push for long hours. Good Learning Opportunities: Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and the ability to rotate across teams/projects.
