Pros
Unique product with huge potential impact for thermal management. Growing customer base, with some very significant companies voicing their interest in our technology. Good work culture and friendly colleagues. Quite strong RnD despite small size. Growing patent portfolio within thermal management and graphene products. Very entrepreneurial, it's a growing company in which employees need to wear many hats. Stock options. Uniquely positioned to benefit from exponentially growing CPU/GPU thermal management costs in data centers, high-end computers and automotives.
Cons
Mediocre salary. Burning money fast due to investments in company infrastructure. Tasks and responsibilities change too frequently. Low production throughput so far. Management is a mixed bag in terms of leadership and prioritization. Company has over a long period suffered from high employee turnover. Professional development of employees is limited. No courses, no certificates and no vertical advancements due to the small size. You are largely responsible for your own training. Limited resources overall.
