Nothing. They have some of the worst HR policy.
Cons
* They pay the current month's salary after 20 days into the following month. * They promised to subsidize lunch but removed it without any prior notice. * HR and managers constantly monitor employees through CCTV cameras. * A toxic 10-hour workday with only a 1-hour lunch break. * Project managers have limited technical knowledge, making it difficult for them to accurately estimate project deadlines. As a result, they pressure employees to meet unrealistic deadlines, forcing many employees to work on weekends, such as Saturdays.
