Pros
I find the company fair and treats its technicians well in terms of pay and hours. Some have complained about working here but you have to show up on time. Some of the younger guys think that you just have to show up but you have to show up ON TIME and nothing is easy in life. You have to work at it all the time. Management have been fair and equitable with me and but nothing came easy.
Cons
Hours can be long and sometime it takes long time to build your credit with staff and supervisor. Don't always get a company vehicle.

Pros
If you want to work 2 months just when they need people doing grunt work, and then get fired right away, then this is the company.
Cons
Management of the HVAC department is subpar. Do not know themselves what is, was, or will be going on and how to handle them. This company constantly has people coming in and out. Treats people like garbage and never amount to what they said and promised.
