They create very cool magazines including Cityscape and What’s Hot. There are also some perks as occasionally you’ll receive tickets to shows.
Cons
If you don’t value your mental health and don’t mind earning an average salary then this is the place for you. The owner is hands down the most horrible person I’ve ever worked for/met. I wish that this was just my experience, but unfortunately I’ve been in contact with several ex-employees and my understanding is that she used to be worse. There’s little room for growth here, despite what the owner tells you. Any time off is hard to come by, and late nights are often expected (especially around deadline) with not so much as a thanks.
