It used to be an amazing place to work. Family focused Caring Then all the good management left and the company was left with dreadful business unit managers to cope who had no idea

Cons

The current management can only be compared to that of Donald Trump. No substance and knowledge. No style nor grace. The company is in huge debt and the strategy seems to be to flog the dying horse for all it's worth. They care not for any of their "assets". The company is being stripped of all it's worth. Both in wealth and good people. Managed by people that would give Palpatine a run for his money these days. Don't bother applying if you value your self worth

Pros

Stable market, liberal PTO, good benefit options, and the President of company sincerely cares about employees. Without a doubt if he could copy himself for his leadership, it would be amazing.

Cons

Middle management is a failing joke at a comedy club of micromanaging. The retention of bad employees regularly runs off good employees, frustrated by continuous increase in work load because of the complete refusal to hold people accountable.
