Pros
Working at SQ4D is both rewarding and unique. It's not often that you get the chance to work at such a fast-growing company at the forefront of a new and burgeoning field. It is even less common for that company to be working towards goals that you genuinely believe in (affordable housing, sustainability, worker safety, etc.) Not a day of work goes by that is boring, the interpersonal synergy among coworkers is genuine, and we are given complete autonomy to use our knowledge and skills to help drive this field where we know it is headed.
Cons
Like all rapidly expanding companies, there can be some growing pains at times; these are to be expected. That being said, the lack of bureaucracy along with the open communication among all employees and management allows any issue to be swiftly resolved.
