The principal and his family have no professionalism and respect toward others and this make the entire firm a terrible place to work no matter how good the employees are. I have yet to see a single person who likes the management and working here. It's a shame why it's so hard for the management to realize what's causing everyone to leave the firm.

Numerous cons: 1. It's a small firm so they do not have any team hierarchy like other small firms but unlike any other firm, they would hire you as an Entry Level Designer but then make you the 'Project Manager' on your very first day (as they hardly have 2-3 employees) and then expect you to have knowledge and experience of an expert. Make sure you're clear on your roles and responsibilities if you ever decide on going there. 2. They do not have any sense of professionalism, so they would scream and yell on their employees all the time, expect them to conveniently work till 8pm every other day, corner and harass them in worst way possible. 3. People there are discriminative and racist. 4. Furthermore, they use softwares from 1960's, they do not use anything except Autocad (LT VERSION), so you're not gonna learn anything. 5. They have 98% of overall employee turnover (quite obviously) so you will not have anyone to work with, you're all alone by yourself! 6. One of the partner carries the impression of the most horrible person who thinks that they teach you how to draft egress, electrical and other technical drawings in school!!!! 7. Staying in office till 8pm is normal there. This would be a repeating pointer but it's coming out after a very traumatic incident happened there, where I was cornered and asked to stay back after work all alone in office only to get harassed and yelled at by one of the partner. 8. They hardly get any projects first of all, but whatever projects they get are menial. 9. They stalk their employees! One of the partner tries to scare and harass the employees by stalking them on linkedin. One weird day, I also found his girlfriend stalking me on linkedin. 10. They are horrible!
