CEO seemingly, gleefully insulted and exploited everyone, until each employee apparently no longer could bear it -- a painful process lasting days to weeks. And it’s a strange irony for a company purporting to be a consultancy of sorts, when really it seems to be a bleak case study in morale-crushing, counterproductive labor practices. No doubt the costliness of this kind of mismanagement probably contributes to below-market salaries. Of far more importance, however, is that I (and certainly coworkers) suffered terribly. Fortunately, like those before, one can leave. Best life decision.

It was a do-or-die kind of environment where people who directly helped the company grow were appreciated, and the rest of us were neglected. What hurt me most was that my hard work was not appreciated. It's not a workplace that I'd recommend.
