- Hired in 2016, after graduating from a New Media program - Quickly grew from Marketing Assistant to Marketing Coordinator with a salary bump in less than 1 year - Great opportunity for learning new skills and personal growth - Direct supervisor is a great coach who encourages employee feedback
Cons
- Occasionally extra hours are needed to complete important projects - Requires some weekend commitment for extra activities (trade shows, conferences, retreats) - Working hours not flexible for current job role - Daily commute sometimes a challenge

My superior was extremely informative and they taught me a lot of new things while I was there. They definitely knew what they were doing when it came to B2B marketing
Cons
Unfortunately being the assistant meant that all the work got dumped on me and my superior spent their time watching youtube videos about makeup and game of thrones. Every time I made a small mistake I got in trouble and my superior would turn on me in an instant.
