      Pros

      I don't know why people have so much complain about this company. But from my personal experience this is a company where you have ample opportunity to learn and work on new technologies. A very good friendly environment and small team of very talented people.

      Arun is the person to whom you can share ideas and thought.... so i don't found any cons

      Pros

      No pros,yes they will take money from you at the end of the month to buy snacks for you and in google have mentioned that they provide snacks.

      Cons

      Less employees,so there's only pressure anyone will face.No training,nothing.Have to work even after 9:30 and no shift allowance.Have to work on weekends ,still no allowance.The moment you complaint about someone you'll be thrown out of the company.A company with bad environment.

      While we recognize that some people would value company provided snacks over the profession development and growth opportunity that we provide, we are sorry to hear that you didn't like our recent changes in the employee engagement activities. We have one of the most flexbile work environments in the Tech industry in India. Remote work as needed, regular team lunches and outings, professional development provided by Communications and Growth Coaches, No work on Saturdays (which is the norm in India), 30 day of PTO for every level of the team, and the list goes on. Lastly, We take our company culture very seriously and we want to ensure that everyone in the organization has the ability and freedom to share feedback. We hold monthly team lunches and happy hours, we hold quarterly company update meetings and our leadership team is always open to feedback positive or areas for improvement. We ask each of out team members to share their concerns and feedback. We are sorry you didn't take the opportunity to share your concerns. Our best wishes to you in your future endeavors.

      This is good for the freshers. Best place to learn multiple technologies when you are starting your career.

      Cons

      If you want to expertise on a specific technology, wanted to be a SME on something this is not your place.
