      Pros

      I’ve been with Scale Space / Accelerate Places for over eight years, and from day one I’ve felt valued and heard. My opinion has always counted. The culture is supportive, collaborative, and focused on growth. Leadership is approachable, and the company truly invests in its people. When I lost my youngest daughter, the support I received went far beyond what I ever expected. That compassion says everything about this organization.

      Pros

      The role was enjoyable thanks to great tenants and some wonderful people on the Scale Space team. The events team organise fantastic community events, and the reception team is excellent.

      Cons

      Senior management fosters a toxic work culture that negatively impacts the overall experience at Scale Space. I've observed sexism, discrimination, and bullying. The workload is heavy, leading to high staff turnover and burn out. Senior management struggles to cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.
