Pros
Pay on time, and If you negotiate a good salary they pay well.
Cons
The final payment was not complete, as they don't hire me 100% , by law, they pay me what they want and it was not complete.

Cons
This company doesn't stand with their employees. For them Client is always right and will even just drop their employee just to save the client without even discussing with their employee. There is no internal process to raise or escalated. No warning process before firing. No regards for the people who just joined them even after leaving a big IT giant. Read the contract again and again , because they will not take anytime to fool you with that.
