It is a good place to start if you have no experience. The company is always hiring for the support roles such as EA's, admins, and front desk, because the turnover rate is high. This results in the company being a major source of income for recruiters. Easy to get the job as long as they like you.
Cons
-want the best of the best without giving the best to the employee - lack of diversity and inclusivity - lack of work life balance because the culture is to have a 24/7 mentality - manager has no authentic experience in managing a team
