I had some great co-workers and really fun parents during my job there.
-The teachers are professional and caring, and I learned a lot from them;
-The kids and their families are easy to get along, which is always a bonus;
-A small center meaning a more intimate and homey feeling to the job.
Cons
-Doesn't have any real benefits, which can be typical and tough in early childcare center;
-Needs improvements in managing the place;
