the only good thing in this company: they provide car allowance

-when you join this company, you have to bear in your mind that this company is client centric style. u have to respond to customer’s query all the time (boss said that to me :). -you really need to be super independent ya. no one will guide you bcos they oso donno what to do. means they dun give a damn others dept do. -no resources at ALL!! you have no guide, reference, even they dont hv proper documentation for you to refer. they just let you lead a project, then when client complains they will put blame on you.
