      - You wear a lot of hats so it is a learning environment in that respect - Flexible work environment - My co-workers are hard-working, smart, capable, professional - Goals of the company are clear - you know what you are working toward and what is expected - Has a profit-sharing program which is unusual for a small company - Very customer-focused

      -Very few career advancement opportunities -Timely communication could be better -Training/Development is limited - Lots of ambiguity, it's tough for new people - sink or swim - Expectations can be overwhelming at times - it's tough to find work/life balance
