Not good for your career.

Pros

The money they offer when they are hiring, nothing much!

Cons

Where should I begin? 1. This company is not good for your career. They will hire you by pitching the job profile like they are going to have you work on latest tools and it's an analytical job, and very technical, somehow they just want you in irrespective of what means they have to use. Lying is the bottom of this. 2. Now, since they have hired a lot of people with good salary and now they understand that they could have had employees for less, they will fire you for no reason. The team used to be 120+ in Pune, now it's around 20-25, in last 4 months!! 3. If they don't want to pay you the extra salary for firing you, they will put you on PIP ( performance improvement plan) for no good reason. A process topper was put on PIP for "not interacting with the management", another for "not performing in another task" when the task is assigned by the management and is not flexible at all. I know, the vagueness doesn't describe in detail, but it's very mischevious. 4. Now, since they have cleared out most of the employees they will be hiring soon. Stay away! Focus on your career, there is nothing to learn here. You may leave with a good saving but your skill set will be the same. 5. The current state is that everyone is looking out for jobs but they won't let you go. They will ask you to serve 3 months or 1 month of notice period and that would've been acceptable if you were not firing people couple of weeks back. 6. When they are firing you, they will make you drop them a mail that you are resigning on your own and that you want the current date to be the last working date. The mail is pre-formatted and you get a reply in 5 min. Looks very shady to me! But again, when someone is requesting voluntarily to leave, they would ask them to wait for a month or 3. That's EVIL. 7. I see a few new reviews which are 4-5 stars! LOL, they are all from either HR or senior management. Remember, the only good thing that was, was the money. NOTHING ELSE!

Pros

Nothing, not a single pros

Cons

Why are you playing with the poor people's career?? Why dont you hire people on contract if you have to fire them just only after 2-3 months??? People use to leave their well established job to join your company after having 3-4 years of experience and what you are giving them? ? Only humiliation and relieving letter, that too without notice. Dont take more curse of people, it would be very bad for you.
