Pros
Hardly i have words to describe if there is any pros for this company.
Cons
1) you should not expect any support from the company if its not written in a policy. 2)You can not leave the company without serving 90 days notice period,which actually really really very frustating. 3)If you want to buyout your notice time, u have to pay gross of amount of the salary not the basic of the salary structure. 4) Leaves are such a big issue to this company, probably only for the lower level peoples cause most of the management peoples are mostly have auto answer enabled on their mails regarding their leaves. 5) Eagle eye monitoring to the employees or onsite engineer to molest them if they are just 10 min late in billing. 6) Almost no development in your interpersonal skill. 7)
