Pros

They have TV's on the walls and coffee for some meetings which is nice.

Cons

The "CEO" does not care about you and your family. I only worked there for 3 months and I saw him cheat customers, employees and the business. The "CEO" says he knows everyone but I have first hand knowledge he doesn't listen to their advice. There is no consistency with this company, They don't even have paychecks. The "CEO" asked if he could pay me through Zelle. They say they offer you a company vehicle, I eventually received one only to find out I had to pay for gas and maintenance and hope I got reimbursed. Worst of all, the "CEO" is broke, losing a lot of money because of bad decisions, hires bad employees, tries to convert assistants with no training into leads. He lied and said he has too much business to handle and could provide 2-3 calls a day. He couldn't do 2-3 calls a week. He even wanted everyone to door knock to sell water filters and then told everyone we would sell Christmas lights in the winter after watching a you tube video? The "CEO" will even steal your sales and not tell you about it. A client contacted me asking who "Sal" (The CEO) was. That is how I found out he was stealing a sale I already made. Nothing but excuses and complaints. This guy couldn't manage a McDonalds and will be out of business soon.
