Got some pure souls as colleagues, made my time there one of the best periods in my life.
Cons
Low and delayed salary. Delayed benefits. No increment . Bad financial management which employees has to burden. Bad management, it's a family business. Not professional. They are unable to adapt despite their numerous attempts. Can't even properly do the works they have been traditionally doing.
