Pros
This is a good place to start your career, as long as they have a standing contract that requires your roll form more than a year. Amazing people to work with and the management is very good to their people. If I could go back for another couple of years, I gladly would.
Cons
Some times projects can get phased out or canceled without much warning and you might find yourself out of your job or moved to another position. Otherwise, there really isn't anything wrong with working here.

It was an active, outdoor work. Great to gain experience.
Cons
Not enough pay to cover for the use of our own vehicles.
