      modern company with a great approach to the employess

      Pros

      1. flexibility (you can work in the office or fully remote - you can work from any part of the world!) 2. openness (you can discuss everything with your manager knowing they ll do the best to find the solution) 3. respect to your life balance and family 4. various benefits (vacation, health allowance, etc) 5. great people and a positive atmosphere in the company

      Cons

      Company is a small but fast growing. There were different periods while I have been working here last 2 years but management ALWAYS cared about the improvements and found the solutions. I cannot find any real cons

      - Great cultural tenents of "Be Human", "Do The Right Thing", "Grow" and "Own It" that inform every day decision-making - The Co-Founders are empathetic, curious and empowering - Great diversity and inclusion - Work with people all around the world - Flexible schedule, work from home - Invested in technology and equip everyone with the tools they need to succeed - Health & wellbeing allowance to spend on your choice of health insurance, gym membership, etc.

      Cons

      - It can be challenging to meet with people in other timezones, though they have some great workarounds and flexibility to overcome this.
