Pros

- You get to learn about the payment processing & POS provider industry. - Career progression available. - Get to talk to interesting people sometimes. - Your coworkers are what get you through the day.

Cons

- High call traffic. - Many of the customers are incredibly rude, and as a customer service rep, you are expected to just deal with it. It's very mentally draining, and they don't ban abusive callers.
