Pros

Working from home is always a plus, Co.oany never required overtime

Cons

The training there is sub oar and that is being kind. They throw you out to handle calls with no actual training. Company is ever changing the expectations they have for employees which then negatively affects yearly raises.

Competitive Salary, Good W/L balance, Nice Office, Good People.

Cons

Lack of job training in a confusing industry. Have to be an independent learner to thrive.

Pros

- Decent Work/Life balance - Not hard work - Direct management is good and communicates well - OK benefits, best part is the PTO and its right around industry standard. - Consistent schedule - Good job security

Cons

- No room for growth. Was there for over a year and a half, above average on a month to month basis and my pay raised a total of .25/hr and didn't get the job title promotion from 1 > 2 until the week I left. - Upper management is not good, do not listen to really any questions, comments, or concerns until it effects either them or multiple teams. - Put into trainings/given more responsibility for no increase in pay. The work isn't strenuous or difficult, but when virtually doing other teams jobs in an attempt to make things more "efficient" you get nothing.

Pros

This company is the worst. They think they are operating in a third world country like Lithuania where most people are employed.

Cons

They tell you about all these bonuses, you will get NONE, they write you up for nothing and steal your Kudos cause they won't let you get a copy of your props. Do the training while you look for a real job and a real company.

Pros

Growing company that continues to treat employees as if it were a small company as it relates to company stock options, gifting company swag, and business trips.

Cons

The vision, reporting structure, and general direction of the department I worked in constantly changed (not always for the better). They had the highest attrition rate I have ever experienced amongst trainers (in 20 years as a training).

Pros

Day to day is not super busy but there is enough work to keep you busy. They do promote from within and have a good progression path

Cons

There isn't much training as you learn as you go and product knowledge is not very well diceminated

Pros

Speaking for myself and my direct management. Regardless of the many positions I've held over the years, my managers have always been amazing people as have been my co workers at the home office and afar. Love you all. Benefit package is good.

Cons

C-suit is out of touch with reality and the workers. Purchasing and buying products faster than they can can support them. If you're not working on the new shiny thing you and you team is basically left forgotten or worse treated as expendable. We have a whole pos team that is one single person because they can't be bothered to create job specific training, hire people, or offer compensation for added job responsibilities. So people drop like flies. Consistent Quizzes for things unrelated to you role, position, or specialty that you must complete or your outta here. Knowledge management on products and distribution of said information is a joke. There are duplicate resources with conflicting information, or just bad information due to allowing ANYONE to post content with no real vetting occuring. This is due to practices of hiring people for knowledge management, who know absolutely nothing about the technology and just being proof readers who post content when asked. There good people it's not their fault. It's poor infrastructure and design from the top. Raises are non existent. During the pandemic you either got furloughed or you took a pay cut. If you took a pay cut you didn't see that come back. Then have raises withheld for years. Despite rising costs, all while they post record profits. Loyalty is not rewarded. Advancement internally is limited unless you're one of the PA gang. Then your moving on up. Heck they even only offer decent positions to people willing to move there despite years of experience in that field over other candidates.

Pros

The work schedules were flexible

Cons

Worked in payment support taking tech support calls but they then had us take customer service and international calls which we barely had any training on. The calls were depended on a script you had to follow (no matter how good you are) and if you solve the merchants issue but your scores were not good enough, you will NOT get a raise. They pick and choose who will get a raise and who won’t. Coworkers are always in your business, gossip about you, and watch what you’re doing. Managers and HR were not professional at all and layed me off mid shift with no warning.
